To partners, investors, and friends,
For more than twenty-five years, I have been in the business of building — hotels, shopping centers, and homes. Of all that this work has given me, what I value most is not the square meters or the budgets, but the trust of the people who believed in each project and the teams who brought them to life.
My path began in Kazakhstan, where I had the privilege of helping shape some of the first landmarks of a young capital. Since then it has taken me across the CIS, Europe, and beyond. Along the way I learned that a building is not measured on the day it opens, but by how well it serves people for the decades that follow.
Today I divide my time between Germany and Central Asia, developing and investing across real estate and industry through the Medal and Samga groups. I remain as curious, and as demanding, as I was on my very first project.
On the pages that follow, you will find some of the work I am proudest of. If any of it speaks to you, I would be glad to talk.
