The protection of your personal data is important to us. This website is deliberately designed to minimise data: it sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, and loads no third-party content. Below we inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits. These are typically: the (shortened/anonymised) IP address, date and time of access, the name of the requested file, the amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, and the referrer URL.
This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not merged with other data sources. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. The log files are deleted after 7 days.

5. Fonts (self-hosted)
This website uses fonts that are stored locally on our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts servers or other third parties; no data (in particular no IP address) is transmitted to third parties when the fonts are loaded.

If you contact us by e-mail, the details you provide (e-mail address, name, message content) are processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (responding to general enquiries). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
